I provide exercise coaching and training for beginning or returning exercisers – especially those who aren’t necessarily crazy about fitness or gyms. I work with clients who are obese and overweight, post-rehabilitation following injury or surgery, or who are simply looking for skilled fitness teaching and low-key encouragement in a professional environment. Want to be stronger, improve your balance, or be able to walk, hike or run longer? Your goals are my passion. And I believe you can have fun and get fit at the same time.

Experience has taught me that everybody can be healthier, stronger and fitter, no matter where they are starting from. Your unique abilities, goals and desires will determine what type of exercise program will work best for you. Together we can build something great.

Classes I offer

Beginning Yoga is ideal for those with no yoga experience. We practice traditional poses at a gentle pace with ample time for transitioning. Appropriate for all fitness levels. Classes are held at 5:45-6:45 PM, Mon & Thurs.
