Fitness Evaluation

Based in accordance with the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Guidelines. Our Fitness Evaluation includes, Health History/Health Risk Evaluation, Body Fat Composition Test (w/skin calipers), Strength, Endurance, and Flexibility Test. $49.99, when you mention our website.

Weight Loss and Toning

There is a precise math & science to losing weight, there is also an art to toning, and shaping your physique. We know how to teach you all about both. One Hour Session $65.00

Athletic Training (Youth & Adult)

We help athletes build a foundation of, speed, strength, balance, and flexibility that enhances athletic performance, and significantly reduces the risk of injury that often occurs in competitive sports. One Hour Session $65.00

Natural Bodybuilding, Figure, and Physique Training - (Competitive or Not)

All of the above fall into the category of “sculpting”. A Sculpture is “a three dimensional work of art”. Body Sculpting is done by flexing your muscles correctly, with the right amount of resistance in the proper posture. Physique Artist Trish Ferrell CPT, is an expert in muscle location & function, posing, has an eye for symmetry and the knowledge to correct muscle imbalances. Trish is a 25 year Veteran Trainer of many champions in the sport of Competitive Bodybuilding, Figure, and Physique. One Hour Session $65.00

Nutrition Program

80% of losing weight and gaining muscle mass is what and how much you eat you eat.  Our progressive program is based on your body composition and includes: Recommended portion sizes, diet modifications, vitamin and mineral recommendations, recipes, cooking tips and more. FREE with a One Month Commitment.
